Q1 Can I use other credit cards like VISA and Masters?
A: Only Diners Club Singapore cards, including the Diners Club/VICOM Cobrand ā€œVā€ Card are accepted.

Q2 Can I do a refund of my online payment?
A:Please call Customer Service hotline at 64584555 for assistance with refunds.

Q3 What is validity of inspection after the prepayment?
A: Inspection has to be completed within 60 days.

Q4 For prepayment service, can the inspection be done at JIC Centres? (Pioneer and Ang Mo Kio Branches)
A: Yes, it can be done at all VICOM and JIC Centres

Q5 What should I do after I made the online pre-payment?
A: You may visit during our inspection operating hours. Join the inspection queue and inform our inspector of the prepayment. Once the prepayment is verified, proceed with inspection.

Q6 Can I accumulate links points for the pre-payment?
A: You may check with our cashier at the payment counter during the day of inspection.

Q7 Can I do a prepayment for other services? (Re-inspection,VITAS,IU Etc)
A: Currently, pre-payment is only available for periodic inspection service.

Q8 Can I check if my vehicle is due for an inspection?
A: You may visit our home page www.vicom.com.sg, go to Check vehicle due date and enter your vehicle details. A text message/email will be send to you. Alternatively, you may call customer service hotline 64584555 for assistance.

Q9 Can I use the pre-payment service for my vehicle inspection even if my road tax is already overdue?
A: Yes, you may still use our pre-payment service.

Q1 Can I still use the same QR Code after timeout?
A: If it is expired, you may select PayNow prepayment option again at our Website. Please ensure no duplicate payment has been made.

Q2 How do I save the QR Code in my mobile?
A: You may press and hold the QR Code picture and save as image. Alternatively, to screen shot the QR Code in your mobile. You may also refer to the instructions www.vicom.com.sg

Q3 May I know which are the participating banks for PayNow in Singapore?
A:  The participating banks are as followed:

  • CitiBank
  • HSBC
  • OCBCBank
  • Standard Chartered Bank
  • United Overseas Bank
