You are required to produce the originals of these documents when renewing your road tax in the event such information is not available online :

1. Certificate of insurance or cover note

(Note: Insurance policy, insurance payment schedule, insurance renewal notice, insurance premium payment receipt, photocopy of insurance certificate/cover note are not acceptable. Images from electronic/mobile devices on selected insurers are acceptable).

2. Inspection certificate (if applicable)

3. Number plate inspection certificate (for Weekend/Off-Peak cars)

4. Vehicle parking certificate

(Note: For heavy vehicles exceeding 5,000kg MLW, buses with seating capacity exceeding 15 passengers, trailers or mobile cranes and recovery vehicles exceeding 2,500kg ULW).
